FAQ
Do I charge sales tax on services?
Most US states don't tax professional services (design, consulting) but do tax tangible goods. Check your state's Department of Revenue site.
What about out-of-state customers?
After South Dakota v. Wayfair, you may owe sales tax in states where you exceed the economic nexus threshold. Speak to a CPA.
